Adorable Carriage House with amazing views!

Welcome to our little piece of paradise. Our carriage house is upstairs and has amazing views. One bedroom with a King bed is located on the main floor with a deck off the bedroom. The main bathroom has a jacuzzi tub/shower combo. Flat screen TV with Xbox 1. The other two bedrooms are located in the open lofts. They have to be accessed by the ladder/stairs in the pictures. You will have access to our private pond and as much fishing as you would like. We also have kayaks you are welcome to use.

Hide-A-Way in the Hills

Come relax with family at this completely renovated peaceful place. Hide-A-Way has spacious front & back yards big enough to set up yard games, for playing frisbee with the dogs and the kids to romp & play. Guests can hang out on the back patio & roast hotdogs or just unwind in front of the fire pit. This house is located at the foot of Poteau Mountain and Sugarloaf Mountains in SE Ok within riding distance of dozens of ATV trails, other local attractions & just minutes from grocery stores.

The Fern House

Come relax in the heart of Greenwood in this cozy one bedroom one bath home. Wash off the day in the spacious rain shower. The fully stocked kitchen includes an oven with an air fryer setting. Warm up by the fireplace or just relax by the ambient light. When you finally turn in, cuddle up under the covers of the queen bed and pull the black out curtain closed. The couch pulls out for an additional sleep space. In the morning, enjoy the coffee bar with a Kuerig, Cold brew, or drip coffee.

Welcome to our charming 1950's cottage-style home, where vintage charm meets modern convenience! Nestled on Main Street in Greenwood, this delightful abode has been meticulously renovated from the ground up, boasting all-new appliances, floors, walls, and furniture, for a fresh and inviting atmosphere. Conveniently located next to McConnell Funeral Home and just a couple of blocks from Greenwood Jr. High and High School, this home offers access to nearby amenities and downtown shops.

Log Cabin/100 acres/One of a kind/Wifi-Cuddly Cow

The Cuddly Cow features a full kitchen with laundry, eating bar and dining area. There is one large bedroom with a king size bed. The room has a slider out to the front with table and chairs to have a peaceful enjoyment of nature. Full size bathroom with shower over tub and dual sinks. There is a pool next to this cabin that is not useable for guests due to insurance limitations. We have 3 addt'l cabins on the property, Velvet Rooster, Happy Hound & Pampered Peacock.

Unique Art Cabin Lake House with Mountain Views

Older lake cabin and art studio. We are known as the "Sugarloaf Art Studio” on the book. Using new & recycled materials, this one-of-a-kind stay will allow your creativity to flow. You don't have to be an artist to stay here, but you need to be open to creativity. If you just need a space to reflect on life or to relax and revitalize yourself, this is the perfect place for that. The cabin is a work in progress, so please bless our mess.

The home has a vintage style vibe being a concrete block home and has been filled with many vintage pieces of furniture carefully sourced to fit the mid century modern aesthetic. Nestled on Terry Hill overlooking downtown Poteau and Sugarloaf Mountain you’ll find a peaceful setting from the front porch with plenty of chairs to enjoy the beautiful sunrise over a cup of coffee.

The Fort # 8. 1 bedroom 1 & 1/2 bathroom

This is a very unique 1890's unit in the heart of Fort Smith Downtown Party District. This unit has been recently renovated whit all up to date comfort while keeping its old western charm. We do hope that you will give us a chance and come stay with us and enjoy the old Western charm Fort Smith has to offer.

Rustic (…but now with Wi-Fi!) cabin in the woods on the North Ridge of Lake Wister. 20 minutes from Poteau. 30 minutes from the Winding Stair / Talimena Scenic Byway in the Ouachita National Forest. Hiking, swimming, or just relaxing on the deck!
