Casa Canaveral is a rustic townhome with vaulted wood ceilings and cozy fireplace with electric insert in living area and cable/antenna TV. Loft has private full bath, tub/shower, and queen bed and also a WiFi TV. Downstairs bedroom has private bathroom and shower, full size bed and screened patio access to secluded fenced backyard. (no TV) Full-sized air bed mattress and battery operated pump are available for additional bed space. Full appliances and laundry are inside the home.

The home is 1600 sqft and your space is 335 sqft, private and cozy!!! It has a bedroom, living room and a full bath. parking is under carport for those tropical rainy days ( please park on the right side) it's shared space. There are two smart t.v which have Netflix, tubi, YouTube and others. the kitchenette has a keurig, compact size fridge and microwave. we have beach chairs/ towels, outside shower, hot and cold water. *cats on property!!! *dog named Lucy *ages 21 and over

The Nest

The Nest has undergone a major renovation/expansion with the addition of a full kitchen/dining and separate bedroom. It is an adorable, lavishly decorated lower level, 700 sq ft cottage on a large property located along the Indian River and three blocks from the heart of Cocoa Village. Laundry facility is next door to the Nest and shared with upstairs unit. It has a private courtyard. Parking onsite for one only normal-sized vehicle. No Cleaning Fee. Max two guests.
