A spacious modern apartment in the heart of the Peak District surrounded by beautiful countryside. Great for families and for groups of friends that might want a walking holiday. Two of the bedrooms can be made up as twin beds or superkingsize. The third bedroom has a double bed. There is also a cot and high chair in the apartment. Stoney Middleton has a friendly pub, village chip shop, curry cottage and The Cupola, serving food etc. Chatsworth, Bakewell, Eyam and Grindleford are all nearby.

WELCOME Built in 2019 under the guidance of a wheelchair using friend we have provided most, but not all, of the facilities to suit our less mobile visitors, although everyone is more than welcome to stay with us. It is styled around a rustic theme and is located around 5 miles (8km) from the A1 and 3 miles (5km) from the M62 motorways, with good road/rail links from 3 local stations and a bus terminus. All our guests have the full private use of the detached annexe during their stay.

The Farmhouse was built late 19th Century. Has multiple bedrooms & bathrooms, fireplaces & private outdoor space, comfortably hosting the entire group while keeping all comforts of home. The Farmhouse has extensive gardens surrounded by farmland & woodland. Accessible via Farmers Track. Requiring a slow careful drive. A great base to explore surrounding countryside whilst enjoying the views. Dog friendly & local to a range of activities & places of interest, including WWT Martin Mere.

The Stables Cottage

The Stables Cottage is a modern and spacious one bedroom cottage with original oak beam features and underfloor heating. All rooms are on the ground floor, with an en-suite king-sized bedroom with walk-in shower. The open-plan living space provides a lounge with dinning area and fully equipped kitchen. The patio doors can be opened back onto the large patio with outdoor seating. Guests can also enjoy the spacious shared gardens with wonderful views of the Staffordshire Moorlands.

Featuring high ceilings and gorgeous period features.The flat is accessed by fairly steep stairs so is not suitable for guests who are unable to climb stairs.
