The cottage has a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and lounge on ground floor with bedroom accommodation on the mezzanine level above. There is also a comfortable king size sofa bed. Parking for one small car, rare in central Lytham. Parking Space measures 2.4 meters wide Free parking available on Henry Street, Queen Street and Beach Street Nest doorbell

Well presented with open plan kitchen, dining and seating area, leading to a king size bedroom and en-suite. Small dogs are with prior approval £10 per stay. If more than two dogs an additional charge of £10 will be requested for cleaning. Please add at the booking stage if you intend to travel with your dog. Dogs must not be left unattended on the property.

1750's cottage with open fire and beams
Take it easy at this unique and cosy cottage with a real open fire and original beams. The cottage was constructed in approximately 1750 during the reign of George II. The cottage is constructed from wood and stone and there is not a straight wall, ceiling or door casing in the house! You learn very fast (after banging your head once or twice) to duck under the low door frames and beams. The cottage is small, quirky and very cosy but with a suprisingly large master bedroom and bathroom.

The annex, detached from the main house, is set within a beautiful landscaped garden. The spacious bedroom has a double bed and a Smart TV (you will also have to Sky, Netflix, Apple+, Paramount) the bathroom has a walk-in shower. The separate living area has a dining table, sofa and small fridge. Tea and coffee making facilities, cutlery and crockery (for takeaways etc.) are provided. Parking is at the front or side of the house. There is access to strong WiFI . Pets are welcome.

Toaster, kettle, microwave and mini fridge along with kitchen essentials ie, plates, bowls cutlery etc. On road parking
