We designed our guesthouse with the comfort seeking guest in mind. Enjoy our extra comfy plush beds, soft and fresh bed linens, luxurious towels, and complimentary essential oil infused bath amenities for your ultimate getaway. Complimentary snack and beverage selections provided for your enjoyment in our efficient kitchenette which can accommodate light meals. Our second floor guesthouse offers a newly installed ductless HVAC to provide the ultimate comfort air-conditioning or heating as needed. Many of our guests comment on our relentless pursuit of cleanliness. Some features included are: kitchen with microwave, toaster oven, refrigerator/freezer, electric tea kettle, and Keurig coffee maker. Also, oversized shower, dimmable lighting, keyless access, internet, smart TV, blackout window treatments, heating and air conditioning. Kitchen is for light meal preparation only, no stove. Complimentary snacks, beverages, and bath amenities provided. Echo Dot with Amazon Alexa in suite for guest use. The guesthouse is within walking distance to the Omega Institute for Holistic Studies, 8 miles to the charming and historic town of Rhinebeck, and central to many pursuits in the Hudson Valley. Cozy studio in well maintained house from 1900. 150 sq ft with full size bed. Unit is comfortable for one, tight for two. Right in small town of Amenia. Front porch with seats/table. Walking to food, shops, drive-in movie theatre, and rail trail. Trail is 1/4 mile from house, paved and only allows walking/biking. On trail: Arts village Wassaic (3 miles south) Millerton (8 miles north). Train to NYC is 2.5m south. Tons in area: wineries, distillery, lakes, hiking, theatre & quaint towns.

Near-Kingston Staycation Home

This is a newly renovated home in a two-unit house in Port Ewen, 5 min to historic Kingston. We have carefully planned and renovated this home with a work/leisure lifestyle in mind. The space is designed for an individual, a couple, close friends, or a small young family. There are swimming places and parks walking distance as well as amazing coffee, shopping, art, attractions, events, etc. Note that this place has noise from traffic on the main road (ear buds and white noise machine provided).

(Hudson Valley) Laughing Duck Cottage

Located in the bucolic Hudson Valley, this new, gut-renovated cottage isn't far from many of the area's most loved spots. In the winter you can wander trails and get cozy by our electric fireplace. In the spring you can picnic your way through historic sites and enjoy a glass of local wine on our back deck. In the summer you can ride a horse and cook with seasonal ingredients from local farms. In the fall you can hike through the Hudson Valley's perfect colors and sip hot cider on our back deck.
