The Little House on Sanford

Our guest house is next door to our home and farm. A one-story, 2 bedroom with a newly remodeled bathroom and cottage style amenities is simple but includes some more modern touches for entertainment a comfort. Trails through the field and woods are available during the Summer and hunting off-season. Pets are welcome but must be leashed at all times when outdoors. This area gets a significant amount of snow during the Winter but is right off the highway and a straightforward drive to Lake Erie.

Built out of block, the home is serene and peaceful. The back yard is large, partially wooded and private w/ firepit.

By Dec 2025 Front Porch will be replaced with New Side Main Door has Code Access for Key less Entry and Late Arrival The House is Part of Hazel Park which is a Picnic and Beach Area on the water also a Dock to swim or Fish off and a place to Dock your Boat for Loading and unloading (If you would like to use there is an additional $75 Fee to pay at check in that i pay to the Association for your use).

Peaceful Country Stay

Country setting surrounded by working farms. We offer a two bedroom home with very large screened-in porch. Enjoy morning coffee on the porch as you watch the cows come in. Very peaceful, quiet setting with large yard. Get a retro feel in the pink bathroom. Recently upgraded laminate flooring throughout the house. Eat on China plates in the formal dining room or use paper plates with access to a grill. Less than 15 minutes to the Grove city outlets and 6 miles to the state game lands.

This home was recently renovated with a completely NEW white kitchen, furniture, paint, etc. Want to spend the day at Presque Isle? No Problem! You're only 4 miles away. Come and stay at the perfect location in Erie. This home is waiting for you! We have another vacation lower level apartment on this property(Airbnb). The house and lower level apartment do not share any living space except the driveway.
