The living room has a very open feel to it with large windows that soak in the afternoon sunset. The kitchen has new appliances, cabinets and counter top. We also installed a tankless water heater, that although it can take a literal minute to warm up, the hot water is virtually infinite. And last but not least, a fenced backyard.

Nature enthusiasts will relish the proximity to Millcreek, Emigration, Big and Little Cottonwood Canyons, perfect for hiking, skiing, and biking.

I'm happy to host you & your pets! My home is in a safe, quiet neighborhood away from busy streets, about 15 miles south of Salt Lake International Airport. The guest area is the main level, about 900 square feet. I don't charge cleaning fees. Requests with kids ages 2-12 will be declined for their safety, no exceptions. I live in the separated basement with my dog; we don't go into the guest space. Stays 28+ days require a signed lease.
