L'appartement est situé au rez-de-chaussée d'un bâtiment historique, construit en 1915 et entièrement rénové en 2017. Il a sa propre entrée au bâtiment et est entièrement équipé et préparé pour un maximum de quatre personnes. Très bien situé, à 500 mètres de la station de métro (Combatentes ou Praça do Marquês). Le centre de Porto est à une distance de trois stations de métro (5 minutes) ou à 2 km à pied.
