Private trails for hiking, biking, xc ski and snowshoe. 4WD or AWD preferred travel in winter. The heat is furnished by a wood stove. Solar powered lights. The composting bathroom is 20 feet away and the shower house a short walk. Water is supplied. Blackstone grill and French press provided.

This newly renovated studio offers high end finishes, a queen size murphy bed, with an additional queen size sleeper sofa located in the living room. A full sized kitchen and coffee bar are available for use. Dim the lights, turn on the fireplace and be ready for the most beautiful sunsets over the Yampa Valley.

The guest area includes the entire basement of our home, with it's own private entrance, a living room area, bathroom and laundry facilities as well as a small kitchenette area stocked with breakfast items. The white river and fishing are within walking distance. We are surrounded by beautiful hiking and biking areas. There is an outdoor patio space to enjoy the peace and quiet of the white river valley.

It’s hiding in plain sight! This isn’t an office, it’s your High County Hideaway, with the fastest WiFi in Routt County, two bedrooms, a bathroom with a pipin’ hot shower, and access to the fine amenities of Oak Creek.
