Casita is conveniently located just 1/4 mile off Hwy 160, adjacent to Lathrop State Park, & close to Cuchara Mountain Park, Spanish Peaks & Great Sand Dunes National Park.

The Koselig Condo

Koselig"(Norwegian) = Cozy (English). Sitting at the base of the Cuchara Mountain Park with hiking, skiing, sledding, and snowshoeing outside the door. Enjoy cool mountain air after a day of hiking or a warm fire after a day of playing in the snow. Walk to the nearby Mercantile for breakfast/lunch or drive into the nearby towns of Cuchara or La Veta for dinner. A comfortable retreat for those seeking time in the wilderness. The Mil

Come relax at a home away from home in our quaint mother-in-law suite. (The Mil) The space accommodates 2 comfortably. There is a kitchen space equipped with hot plate, microwave and toaster oven where you can air fry, grill, bake, etc. There is a mini fridge available for use and all the basics to cook a meal. A bedroom area with queen bed and full bathroom. Living room can second as additional sleeping area. Sitting outside on the patio you have a great view of the Spanish peak mountains.

Colorado High Mountain Off-Grid Glamping Treehouse

Get away from it all in our remote, contemporary style, off-grid, Colorado treehouse, located in the Sangre De Cristo Mountains at 10K ft elevation. Relax on the deck while taking in the amazing views of Culebra Peak or gaze at the star filled skies. A tiny wood-burning stove will keep you cozy and warm. The sectional couch is used as a super-sized bed. Older kids (or average sized adults) can sleep in the small overhead loft on a 3 inch queen foam topper.

River's Bend

Located on the bank of the Cucharas River, the River's Bend ideal mountain retreat is geared for a family vacation, or personal restorative get away. This two beadroom, 3 bath cabin can accomadate up to six guests in the main cabin with use of the luxury cots in the spacious sunroom. With special arrangements, the detatched Sleeping Hut outfitted with queen bed and sleeping loft offers additional beds and the best sleep you will ever experience!

Forget your worries in this spacious, serene, rural space. A beautiful Log home on 70 acres. Large vaulted ceiling with million dollar views of the Spanish Peaks and the Sangre de Cristo Mountains on one side, and on another side you can see Fisher Peak. Enjoy beautiful sunrises, sunsets and everything in between. Great place to get away and enjoy the very private surroundings with all the amenities of being at home!!

The Hummingbird Hangout at Stonewall

Retreat from the city in the magical small mountain village of Stonewall. Monument Lake (<10 min), North Lake (<15 min), Bear Lake, Blue Lake, and Trinidad Lake State Park are all a short distance from the cabin. Enjoy fishing, hiking, and hunting in the comforts of home.
