We're a 5-min walk from the Irish Museum of Modern Art, and 10 mins from the Phoenix Park. Shops, bars, food, and Guinness Storehouse are right beside us! You may find some of my belongings, food & drinks here - some guests may prefer a space solely set up as a short-term rental. Also, a dog lives here, so may not be the best fit for those with allergies.

There is a small south facing garden. There is an upstairs bathroom (with bath and shower) and a WC downstairs.
