Welcome to our new stylish townhouse with hot tub on private deck overlooking Engineer Mountain. Enjoy the spacious accommodations with room for everyone while enjoying the beautiful views from the large windows. We are located across the highway from the Purgatory Resort entrance. Enjoy the complimentary on demand door-to-door ski shuttle to the base area. Just a short 25 minute drive to Durango which has a charming downtown with groceries, restaurants, shops, & breweries and airport!

Location location location!!! Our Mountain Lodge style townhouse is located on the Animas River next to the River Trail. The heart of downtown is a 5 minute walk. Our 2300 sq ft home was built in 2008. The unit is upstairs and includes an elevator for access at the front door, a garage space with a 220 EV charging station, stairs up to the back of the unit, and on street parking. There are code locks on the doors. The home can sleep up to 6 people with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
