One bedroom self contained apartment in the owners house. The apartment has its own private self contained entrance through the owners garden. It is spacious, fully fitted kitchen, microwave, air fryer and well stocked with crockery and utensils. It has a utility room with washing machine and dishwasher. There is a double bedroom, shower room and a lounge area with TV and Wi-Fi. Parking is available. There is a small patio are that can be used in the summer overlooking the main garden.

The Bungalow at Woodcote is a private, peaceful, self contained bungalow with a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, large living area. There is private parking onsite. Brixworth has a long tradition of shoemaking. Cobblers Cottage was where shoes would have been made by homeworkers. The property has its own private balcony with far reaching countryside views. Situated in a colourful garden the cottage has its own access. The prize winning cook/owner provides a superb breakfast which is included. Dinner is available on request. A listed (Grade 2) three hundred years old stone farmhouse, our beloved family home for over fifty years. It is in the old part of the village in a half acre garden. 1 hour or less from London, Oxford, Cambridge, Stratford and many stately homes. Ideal for family gatherings, friends' re-unions and for wedding guests. The Space The house is our family home used by us. We reserve four or five weeks a year for our children, grandchildren and friends.

The apartment is seperate from the main town house with its own entrance, and very private. There is a fridge and microwave with coffee and tea making facilities and also has a working fireplace.
