Vous serez à distance de marche 2 minutes du parc de l'école, à 5 minutes à pied du centre hospitalier, du centre Premier Tech et de la rue Lafontaine(Bars, restaurants, etc.). L'appartement est situé au deuxième étage qui vous donne une belle vue sur le fleuve et la ville de Rivière-du-Loup. Je suis propriétaire-occupant de ce Duplex, donc facilement rejoignable. Mais ne vous inquiétez pas, même avec toute cette solitude au sommet de notre colline, nous ne sommes qu'à 5-10 min en voiture de la plupart des attractions touristiques et à 30 min des frontières du Nouveau-Brunswick et du Maine.
