Welcome to our fantastic suite in the vaulted cellar of our monumental farmhouse, built in 1825. Between the South Limburg hills and just a stone's throw away from the vibrant city of Maastricht. We have transformed this cellar into a luxurious space with 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, and a private kitchen! Enjoy delightful evenings in the most unique and atmospheric suite in the area. Outside, revel in the beautiful views over the Limburg hills. If you're lucky, you might even spot a deer passing by!

Lovely maastricht cottage

This beautiful Eco friendly cottage is ideally located at the edge of town. Its 20 minutes walk or 5 minute bicycle from the centre of Maastricht with excellent restaurants and shopping opportunities. The sint pieters nature reserve is at your doorstep where you go hiking or mt biking. You can take a tour through the caves or take a stroll past Andre Rieu's famous castle. There is also an extensive bike network to explore the area. The cottage has a double bedroom and a single bedroom.

This renovated cottage is located in a green garden in the hills of Limburg. Relax on the wooden porch or the terrace (with Jacuzzi) and enjoy the view of green landscapes and horses. Start a trail for hiking and cycling trails one step away of the cottage and explore the nature and little villages. Go on a citytrip to Maastricht and Valkenburg (10 min), Aachen or Liège (20 min). The cottage is located in the countryside in a small and quiet village, 2-4 km from supermarkets and shops.

Bij de Hut

Het appartement ligt in de verbouwde mergelschuur, achter onze woning. Het appartement heeft een eigen tuin. Het is een duurzaam appartement met warmtepomp en airco. De keuken is volledig ingericht. Er is een overdekte fietsenstalling. Ingber ligt in het hart van het Heuvelland, met wandel en fietsroutes. Op 200 mtr. afstand stapt u op de bus naar Maastricht of Aken. Onze dieren ( hond, kat, paarden, ezels, kippen en een haan) heten U welkom. Huisdieren zijn daarom niet gewenst.

Discover the authentic villages in the region and beautiful Maastricht. Sint Geertruid is the ideal place to enjoy all of South-Limburg.

Buitenverblijf De Wingerd met privé hottub

Dit sinds mei 2022 geheel nieuw buitenverblijf inclusief privé hottub is de perfecte uitvalsbasis voor de echte rust en natuurliefhebber, fietser of wandelaar. In april 2023 is dit verblijf nog unieker geworden door de aangelegde natuurtuin. Hier kan men in alle rust genieten van alles wat de natuur te bieden heeft. Voel je vrij om hier een wandeling door heen te maken Centraal gelegen in het heuvelland ten opzichte van Valkenburg, Maastricht, Gulpen en Aken.

Hoeve ‘ Rooth (Newly renovated Luxury Loft)

The monumental Hoeve 't Rooth is located 10 minutes from Maastricht and Valkenburg, on top of the Bemelerberg, in the Limburg hill country. You enter the 100m2 studio via its own driveway and entrance. A combination of modern convenience and original elements from the building from 1729 provide a historic and romantic place. This is the location to enjoy the Limburg landscape in peace. Do you still want to go to the city for a day? It is only 10 minutes away.

Geheel huis in franse stijl met zeer grote tuin

Deze centraal gelegen accommodatie is smaakvol ingericht met veel planten, bloemen en leuke ornamenten. Het huis beschikt tevens over een lange tuin (30 meter) met ligstoelen en een Patio waar heerlijk lekker gegeten kan worden. Verder hebben wij er echt geprobeerd een mediterraans sfeertje aan te geven en wij denken dat dit aardig is gelukt :) Binnen 8 minuten lopen bent u al op het station en binnen 12 minuten zit u praktisch in de binnenstad.

Rustgevend appartement bij 'De Mergelheuvel', B&B

Rustige locatie met een romantische tuin, mooi uitzicht en in de buurt van Valkenburg. Ideaal voor wandelaars, fietsers en natuurliefhebbers. Het appartement heeft een klassiek moderne sfeer. De slaapkamer heeft een mooi uitzicht inclusief bad! Op de begane grond is een kleine keuken incl. benodigdheden en koffiebar ingericht. De tuin is vrij toegankelijk met een lounge set incl. vuurplaats. In het weiland lopen onze drie dwerggeiten en kippen.

Buiten en binnen leven in de Funny Farm!

De Funnyfarm is een mooi gelegen ruim le cottage met enorme tuin midden in de natuur in het pittoreske Ingber. In de tuin staat een bbq voor de warme dagen. Er kan lekker gelounged worden en kunnen kinderen heerlijk spelen en voetballen. Het huis heeft een warme uitstraling met een heerlijke woonkamer. De keuken is enorm ruim en van alle gemakken voorzien, het zal u aan niets ontbreken. Door de schuifpui leeft u zowel binnen als buiten!
