"Meet me at the Creek" House - Elk Creek Getaway

Walk across the road to Elk Creek and find yourself on prime steelhead water. The Little House on Sanford

Our guest house is next door to our home and farm. A one-story, 2 bedroom with a newly remodeled bathroom and cottage style amenities is simple but includes some more modern touches for entertainment a comfort. Trails through the field and woods are available during the Summer and hunting off-season. Pets are welcome but must be leashed at all times when outdoors. This area gets a significant amount of snow during the Winter but is right off the highway and a straightforward drive to Lake Erie.

Built out of block, the home is serene and peaceful. The back yard is large, partially wooded and private w/ firepit.

Our local amusement park Waldameer and famous vacation spot Presque Isle are 20 minutes away. There are hangout spaces within the home as well many spots outside. Whether you want to watch a beautiful sunset, relax by our fire pit area, or enjoy some grilling there’s something for everyone. The house and lower level apartment do not share any living space except the driveway.

Welcome to our newly renovated, spacious home - perfect for families, small groups, or a romantic getaway. This home features 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is a large deck and fire pit out back, or two gliders on the front porch if you just want to relax. It is a short walk to downtown Girard and some of the best steelhead fishing in the country is nearby. Pets are a welcomed guest. There will be an extra charge of $30 per pet per night that is paid separately.
