NO electricity or running water. Outdoor shower stall with two 5-gallon solar heated shower bags. Bring towels. Outhouse nearby. Bring food & ice. Well water provided from spigot at main cabin. Cot available UPON REQUEST in advance - prior arrival. NO CAMPFIRES OR USE OF ANY FIREPITS.

Our home, located at the foot of the flatirons, is close to historic Chautauqua Park and multiple hiking & bike trails, the University of Colorado, and downtown.

Central Boulder Garden Suite

The space has its own bathroom, access to food prep, bedroom, and living room. It is about 900 sqft, and basement level. Queen bed is in the bedroom, (air mattress available.) The house is about 1 mile from pearl street, .8 miles to a groceries and coffee, and just down the street from Mt. Sanitas for hiking. Also half a block from a bus stop and an e-bike doc is about 3 blocks away! Also there is the north boulder rec center with pickle ball courts.

The space has a private entrance, two bedrooms with one with a queen-size bed, and one full sized bed. Enjoy, coffee, and tea in your suite. My suite can sleep 2 easily, 3 if okay with compact space. This is an older house with some amenities for your comfort, but not a modern Townhouse.
