Cozy 1 bedroom tiny home in Samak/Mirror Lake Hwy

With a short rustic (think dirt road) drive off Mirror Lake Highway, you will find our tiny retreat. With all of the snowfall this 2023 season 4WD is needed to ensure trouble-free access. Inside you will find everything you need for a little mountain getaway. Located just outside Kamas along Mirror Lake Scenic Byway, you will have access to all the Uintah Mountains offer, hiking, fishing, snowmobiling, Xcountry Skiing, mountain biking, and more.

Caretaker's Cottage at London Spring Ranch

The Caretaker's Cottage is a cozy house located next to a sheep pasture and between two small streams in the middle of historic London Spring Ranch. Close proximity to Utah Highway 40 allows for quick access to Heber City, Midway and Park City as well as surrounding lakes and ski resorts. In the spring and summer, guests have the opportunity to tour the original dairy barn. There is a small, fenced patio and yard attached to the cottage.
