Solar and motion detector lights along with a lighted electronic key pad for ease of access. Please note there are 23 steps with rails on both sides and a landing area half way to the apartment.

The Carriage House has charm and character with a wooded backyard sitting on 4 acres. Sit or swing on the beautiful covered porch while you enjoy the view of the lake and fountain or feel free to walk around and enjoy the park-like setting. Extra charge of $10 per adult/per night over the first 2 adults.

We are: 7.1 miles (10 minutes) from Indianapolis international airport. 18 miles (26 minutes) from downtown Indianapolis, 17miles (20 min drive) from Indianapolis convention center and Lucas stadium. 35 miles (52 minutes) from Indiana University in Bloomington. ~3 miles from I-70. Your private unit is located in our brand new pole barn on our historic farm. It is a lower level unit that sleeps 4 and has 1 bedroom and 1 bath.
