Three-year-old, Amish-built cabin set in a cabin community on the shores of Lake Erie. Beautiful lake views and sunsets, quiet peaceful, and so much to do. Only a short drive to GOLT/Geneva, historic Ashtabula Harbor, countless local wineries, Spire Institute, etc. While you will not have a lake view from the cabin's porch, you will have access to a private beach within the community. Over 30 area wineries-one right next door, 1/4 mi to Historic Geneva-On-The-Lake GOTL Strip-1st Ohio Resort early 1900, family and adult amusements , trails along the shoreline within walking distance, 1 hr west to Cleveland Ohio or east to Presquile Isle, Pa, or south to Amish Country. No smoking. 2 cars avail parking but is negotiable. Be mindful of the Condo Association Rules.

Open, 1700 sq. ft. second floor apartment, private entrance. 2 decks facing the lake from back of the home. Apartment does not have lake view but 2 decks are yours to relax with a glass of wine and watch the sunset or a cup of coffee in the morning. Unit is totally independent of home---separate entrance, AC/Heater, water tank.
