Luxury barn conversion attached to our house. Situated close to the A494 for easy access to Snowdonia National Park but set in an acre of gardens surrounded by open countryside . There is a hot tub and outdoor shower with an outdoor kitchen, BBQ, fire pit and pellet pizza oven. Underfloor heating throughout. Bedrooms have smart tv and 4g WiFi. Our cottage is situated at the top of the mountain overlooking the Ceiriog Valley and Berwyn mountains. It is ideal for romantic breaks or just to relax and unwind making use of your own private hot tub after long walks in the hills. A mere four miles from Llangollen you'll find a great base to make the most of all the fantastic outdoor activities and places to visit that we have to offer in the local area and further afield in North Wales, Cheshire and Shropshire.

This end terrace cottage has a quirky style of its own. It has full central heating. Lounge is a good size with sofa and a matching arm chair, dining table, electric fire (log burner effect). It has a staircase that leads to a gallery landing and mezanine bedroom, with a king size bed, and en-suite shower room.
