Beautiful, refreshing Sydenham Lake is steps from the cottage and the water is very deep off the dock so jump right in!! or fish, paddleboard, snorkel, paddle boat, canoe, whatever calls to you! Cottage is a 20 min walk to the town of Sydenham (which has a sandy public beach, boat launch, LCBO, Foodland, etc.) and 20 min drive to Kingston.

Forest Yurt

Yurt in a private forest area. Walking distance to the cheese factory (ice cream, lunches, snacks), produce stands, and a park. Short drive to Madoc (groceries, beer/ LCBO, parks, beach, bakery, restaurants, etc). Perfect area for star gazing, long walks & bike rides. This yurt is in a camping setting, with indoor compost toilet, seasonal private outdoor shower, no wifi but there is electricity, dishes, indoor hot plate, BBQ, mini fridge, all pots & pans and bedding and clean drinking water.

Salmon River Wilderness Camp: Yurt & 300 acres

Tucked away in the rugged Land O’ Lakes region of Eastern Ontario, the waterfront Salmon River Wilderness Camp is a private, 300-acre wilderness, bordering on the pristine Salmon River as well as Cade Lake. Rejuvenate with a swim, go paddling in a canoe at your doorstep, and hike in the rolling landscape of forests, granite and clean water. Centrally located between Toronto, Ottawa, and Montreal, we're also near Puzzle Lake Provincial Park and the Lennox & Addington Dark Sky Viewing Area.

Place: Bright and Cozy Woodland Retreat

Unique forest retreat with a bright open concept and high ceilings. The custom kitchen has an induction cooktop, oven and dishwasher. The main room is furnished with a couch and daybed that pulls out to a king. The bedroom’s french doors lead to a large screened porch among the trees. Bathroom is complete with heated floors, w/d and tub. There is a two person hot tub on the back deck. Lake access 50m away with a canoe and SUP available. 25 mins to Frontenac Park, 40 mins to Kingston.

Mapleridge Cabin

On top of a ridge of Sugar Maples is a 400 sq foot cabin sitting on a lovely piece of Canadian Shield. The cabin is open concept and is well appointed with a super comfy queen-sized bed, a wood stove, and an off-grid kitchen, additional sleeping is on a sofa bed. This is glamping at its finest! The cabin is located at the rear of our 20-acre property with trails and wildlife to explore. ***Please note that you will have to walk approximately 200 metres to the cabin from cabin.

There is a private boat launch with small creek that runs through the property. Canoes, kayaks, sailboard and paddle boat come with the rental. Pets are welcome.
