This is a beautiful apartment that is 2400 square feet. It is above a tax business but has a separate entrance with a 2 car unattached garage that has one side that is available. This building is over 100 years old and still have the original charm of the century with the necessary updates for conmfort. We are excited to share this beauty with guests! Gowrie is a charming small town with a grocery store, several cute shops, roller skating rink and a pool in the summer. We hope you will enjoy it!

Small home built in 1875 close to Middle Raccoon River. It is six blocks to downtown shops, grocery and restaurants. New, updated walking and biking trails; river access in the park for canoes/kayaks within 300 yards from front door. Access to White Rock Conservancy trails. I welcome guests to a safe quiet neighborhood. This is a cape cod style home with Bedroom 1 on main level and Bedroom 2 on second floor. The kitchen, dining area, full bath and comfortable living room are also on main level. Laundry and additional 3/4 bath are located in basement. I have enhanced cleaning and disinfecting of frequently used areas due to COVID-19.
