Stunning, spacious studio apartment an easy 10 minute walk to Shoal Bay beach and waterfront dining. Separate from main house with own entrance. Light breakfast provided -Free bbqs (1min drive) Bbq pack provided. - Bathroom with shower gel, shampoo etc, towels. -Split system air con -Netflicks -Max 2 adults , an infant who is not mobile. Studio Lu is a unique and cozy space and is 800m from Nelson Bay cbd, restaurants,the marina,cafes and clubs.Shoal Bay is less than a 10 min drive. You will have private access to your accomodation and 1 undercover parking space. You have a HD TV with Netflix and a Sony blue-tooth speaker for your use. The adjoining room has a comfy 3 seater lounge,table and chairs.Lovely large deck off bedroom. For my guests I offer loose leaf tea,herbal teas and a coffee plunger for some delicious coffee!

In the evening, relax with Wifi and Netflix. Only a 500m walk to both the surf beach and the still water of Port Stephens. Five minutes' walk to the shops and cafes of Hawks Nest.
