A cosy, authentic house down-town east. Fully equipped, very comfortable. You can spot the 'Martinitoren' from the house! Within a 5 minutes walk you are on the 'Grote Markt'. Many restaurant and pubs are in the neighbourhood. The academic hospital (UMCG) is at a 100 meters-distance. Big plus is the parking-space in our secluded back-yard (for that: max. height of your car around 5'10). In the living-room is a Smart-TV (you can enjoy Netflix with your own subscription). Notre maison a été construite en 1912 et a été rénovée avec amour ces dernières années. La maison d'hôtes est située sur tout le 2ème étage, qui est verrouillable et offre beaucoup d'intimité. C'est un étage lumineux, confortable et spacieux avec une bonne connexion WiFi. La décoration est de bon goût, avec un clin d'œil aux années 70. Emplacement idéal : vous pouvez rejoindre le centre à pied en 15 minutes. La Gare du Nord (train et autobus) se trouve à 5 minutes à pied.

De accommodatie, met eigen ingang, is recentelijk gerenoveerd en is helemaal ingericht voor een comfortabel verblijf. Gedurende de zomer zijn de ruimten heerlijk koel en tijdens de winterperiode behaaglijk warm. De accommodatie ligt op loopafstand ( 5 min.) van het station ( trein + bus). Met de auto is de accommodatie uitstekend bereikbaar, op korte afstand van het Juliana plein, waar de A7 en de A28 elkaar kruisen. Gratis parkeren op eigen terrein.

De woonkamer en keuken zijn één gezellige ruimte met extra slaapbank en een compleet ingerichte keuken. Badkamer is modern, stijlvol en voorzien van regendouche.

Het appartement in het centrum is gelegen aan het Reitdiep en het Pieterpad. Uitzicht op het Noorderplantsoen. De prachtige Hoge- en Lage der Aa zijn 100 meter van het huis. De Grote Markt is te voet binnen 10 minuten te bereiken. Appartement is op de begane grond van een mooi monumentaal complex, Amsterdamse School en is de benedenverdieping van onze woning. Er is een complete keuken. Een eigen WC en badkamer vind je op de gang.
