Walden Retreats is a luxury camping retreat located a few miles outside of Johnson City on 96 acres. Our studios are 440 sq ft luxury safari tents that feature a wrap around deck, private outdoor shower and fire pit. Each tent has air conditioning, king size bed, kitchen, and private bathroom. Maximum occupancy in studios is 2 guests. If you need additional space, the suites are a larger option.

Our tent features 400 square feet of living space built on a 1,000 square foot wrap-around private deck, a king-size bed, a mini-split A/C and heater, an ensuite bathroom with a shower and soaking tub, and a small living area with two leather chairs.
