Cozy Studio Apartment #508 in Atrium, New Gudauri

A Studio apartment with balcony in Redco village in the premium block Atrium. In the building there is a restaurant and a bar, a spa center with swimming pool (not included in the booking price) and your personal 2 Ski-depots, where you can keep 4 pair of skies (included in the booking price). This block is unique because it has Ski-in and Ski-out. The building has it's own open-door free parking space. Several restaurants, cafes, and markets are available within walking distance (5-10 min).

Love Journey Gudauri

The apartment with mountain view balcony located in New Gudauri, at the elevation of two thousand two hundred meters, and is in one of the most beautiful and developed part of the Ski Resort, just few steps (about 100 meters) from the main Gondola/Ski lift and all the main amenities such as swimming pools, fitness, spa, shops, casino, restaurants, cafes, bars, ATM, ski rental areas. Twins Panorama Apartment

The apartment is located in New Gudauri, 200 meters from the Gondola, and ski lift is 50 meters from block. Guests have access to a,restaurant, café, casino, ski rental and most importantly, everything is extremely near. Guests have access to the whole apartment (studio): kitchen, bedroom, wardrobe and all the necessary amenities, also this apartment have a ski depot, on first floor of block . Most importantly, the apartment has an excellent panoramic view of the mountains.

A two-bedroom duplex apartment with a living room accommodates 6 guests and is located 80 meters away from the gondola lift. It features panoramic windows with mountain views, a wood-burning fireplace, an English-style leather double sofa bed, and a kitchen on the lower floor. Upstairs, there are two separate bedrooms: one with a double bed, and the second one with a bunk bed featuring a double sleeping space at the bottom.
