This magical experience starts in our meeting spot in our town Chemuyil, where we will get ready for our adventure. My town is located: -20-25 mins approx. from Tulum (downtown) -35-40 mins approx. from Playa del Carmen (downtown) -2 hrs. approx. from Cancun (downtown) If you don’t have a car, or don’t know how to get to this place, please feel free to contact me to get more recommendations on transportation you can use. This is a LOCAL EXPERIENCE. You will get to know, not only these cenotes that have seen us grow up, but places with a lot of meaning to us. We will ride on our bicycles through our hometown making our way to three different cenotes around our community. Physical wear with the bicycles is minimum. We spend most of the time in the water. Riding the bicycles will be, 20-25 mins(total). Distance from cenote to cenote is 5-10 mins. If you are looking for a fancy activity, something fast, big company tours, this is DEFINITELY NOT FOR YOU. Instead, if you want to experience our hometown, our cenotes, having adventures, talk to us, share stories and making new friends while getting to know about our project, then you have found the perfect experience for you. Come experience the wonderful world of the honeybee where we encourage you to take pictures. We begin our 1 1/2 hour experience near Tampa, Florida. I have several different locations to choose from ranging from Farm to urban areas. The address showing will not be the place that you will have your experience. After you book I will send out the location. It will be either Lutz, Odessa, or S. Saint Petersburg. If you book first, I can be flexible as to location. We will begin with a demonstration of the equipment used in beekeeping as well as dressing up in our full bee suits and then immediately start the hands-on experience. At this point you will be able to see, feel, hear and touch apis mellifera (the European honey bee!) as I guide you to a better understanding of these amazing creatures. During our time together you will manipulate equipment, ask questions and get a practical appreciation of the bees. After, you will enjoy a refreshment while we discuss your recent experiences. Upon completion, we provide a 5 oz honey jar and honey dipper to say thank you for being a beekeper for a day! Things to note: PLEASE BRING BOOTS or Tennis shoes. Then, Jose´s mom will show you how to cook in our local style, having the opportunity to understand when, why, and how we prepare each dish. Finally, we will enjoy tasting the different plates that we prepared and, in that moment, when we are laughing and sharing our personal stories under the rhythm of drums, you will realize that the simple act of eating assumes mystical dimensions and has the power to bring strangers together like family. At the end of the day you will know how flavors, music and dance tell the story of the desires and struggles of our African ancestors. This experience focuses on the difficult process of making a cigar. From the hand of an experienced cigar roller we will learn to make an examplar, we will explain all the specificities that accompany the process of making this product, from the time it is grown, until it reaches your hands. This will be the perfect time for our CIGAR CHALLENGE, after which we will reward the best cigar roller of the experience. After choosing our winner (special ceremony included), we will go on to what we consider to be an authentic ritual: the smoking of the habano, action that we will combine with other delights, giving way to an excellent pairing among cigars, rum and coffee. And then, SURPRISE, a second contest!! We will be competing among each other to select the person who manages to keep the longest cigar ash, and the one who best performs some other tricks we will be teaching you. This is called: LONG ASH CONTEST. At the end of the experience more gifts will come, and that is because we do not want you to leave without taking with you souvenirs related to this experience, so you will be bringing home with you some amazing memories but also little things that will forever remind you of Cuba. Hello !! Ready to live this amazing experience? First, you will arrive at our bar where you will check in with us. You should arrive at least 30 minutes before the experience, so you will have enough time to order drinks and food that will accompany you to the top of our beautiful tower. Food and drinks are not included. Please keep in mind that it is not allowed to bring in drinks or food from outside. Keep your personal belongings in the lockers, and get your camera and phone ready because we have wifi, in case you want to broadcast live. When all the guests are ready, we will go to our gondola where 16 people at a time will live this exciting moment. We will go up to 118 feet high, very smoothly. The duration of this experience is 30 minutes, during which you will be able to sing along with our karaoke and listen to your favorite melodies surrounded by this great show in the middle of the Mayan jungle of Tulum. Our tower is located very close to the archaeological zone of Tulum, from here you will be able to take the best pictures of the sea and the ancient Mayan constructions. When it is time to go down our hostess will indicate it and then we will gently descend until we touch the ground. Finally, we can show you all the pictures we took and if you wish the fun can continue in our Bar.

I have been a professional in the beer industry so I am able to introduce the city and the breweries around town. There are many layers which we can introduce to the visitors, and this would be the plan, 1. Touring in 3 or 4 breweries in Houston 2. Profiling the visitors in order to understand what kind of taste and preferences they have (pilsners, stouts, barrel aged, sours) 3. changing and fine tuning the flavors, 4. talking with brewers, specials stories, future plans We think depending on the preference of the visitors, this program can change providing an opportunity to cater more palates and fitting the experience in accordance with the interest or relevance of the area, brewery, flavors.

The next lesson allows you to learn about making chlorophyll rich green juices and their medicinal importance. You will for the first time experience juicing different plants and taste them in their most natural state, minus chemicals and artificial additives. As a bonus gold nugget, we'll show you how to find some of these ancient herbs in the grocery store and use them to create nutrient dense and flavorful meals. and why the foods chosen for a meal should be for survival, power, and wellness. Caminaremos juntos por la ciudad, para que vivas de cerca la cultura viva de Valladolid, sus tradiciones y costumbres. Cada rincón que caminemos te transportará a su pasado glorioso y conocerás muchos de los acontecimientos históricos que resguardan sus monumentos más importantes; así como quedarás enamorado de su cultura viva, y de su fascinante arquitectura y calles coloridas, consideradas de las más pintorescas en México. Nuestra experiencia dura aproximadamente 4 horas y se recorre una distancia aproximada de 7 km. Se cabalga por los senderos intramontanos y por zonas del Valle poco conocidas. Visitaremos casas de campesinos que son agricultores y brindaremos la oportunidad de que conozca las diferentes labores culturales que se le realizan a cultivos menores pero principalmente al tabaco y al café, de los cuales se conocerán los procesos necesarios hasta la conformación de un puro cubano y la degustación de un buen café criollo. Como parte de las actividades programadas podrá degustar el licor típico de la localidad, Guayabita del Pinar, así como la miel de abejas natural. Disfrutará de maravillosas vistas y tendrá tiempo de tomar fotografías únicas. Por último visitarán un ranchón campestre donde degustarán de un rico almuerzo campesino que puede ser pollo o cerdo, siempre acompañado de ensalada y viandas típicas del lugar. Toda esta experiencia tendrá un precio de €35 por persona que incluye servicio de guiado, explicaciones acerca de los cultivos y el almuerzo. We will be at my home, in the center of the Cancun hotel zone, walking distance to the beach and to the Nichupte lagoon, in a wonderful golf course atmosphere. My kitchen is beautiful, with natural light and spacious. Guest will learn to make delicious oatmeal cookies, gluten and gluten free special recipe , sit and enjoy their creation or enjoy it later as a snack, breakfast or at the beach.
