The space is a renovated 1960's timber home. It has 3 bedrooms, each with a double bed. It is 80sqm in size (about 4 x Average hotel room size) with a full kitchen. There is room for hanging clothes in 2 of the bedrooms. Each bedroom has a wall heater. We do our best to keep the property maintained but it is older. However, it is clean, comfortable and convenient to Hamilton CBD (about a 7minute walk), Lake, Hamilton Gardens and roads north and south to New Zealand's great attractions.

The house is primarily set up as a holiday home, and located near the Hamilton Lake. It has a simple, neutral layout and lots of natural light. There are 3 double bedrooms with a full bathroom and an extra toilet. Great for itinerant workers, tourists, families and travellers. It is less than 10 mins walking distance to the Waikato Hospital and close to eateries and other shops. This is a very quiet place; we aim to provide guests with a "home away from home" experience.
