The Old Coach House is set within the grounds of Down Hall, which dates back to 1725. It has recently been totally refurbished (2024) to provide a stylish, detached holiday retreat. The cottage sits in a beautiful rural setting on the outskirts of the pretty village of Rippingale. It is a 5 minutes drive to the market town of Bourne and 25 minutes from the stunning Georgian town of Stamford. It is also an ideal base to see the rest of the UK, being situated in the heart of England.

Situated on the very edge of the rural village of Digby, the Granary forms one side of the original yard and stables.

The Lambing Shed

Our property is nestled in a small hamlet in the Lincolnshire countryside. The Lambing Shed forms part of our own home but you will have your own separate entrance. The accommodation consists of a double room with an en-suite with a walk-in shower, as well as a sitting room with a fully-equipped kitchenette. You have your own patio with furniture and also access to a shared garden with more seating areas for you to enjoy the peace and quiet of this part of Lincolnshire.

Basils Barn is situated on the grounds of a 17th century manor, surrounded by a picturesque 60 acre estate. The bedroom is directly attached to Basils stable, where there is a doorway in between the two spaces. In the paddocks we also have a herd of Highland cows, Hebridean sheep, horses, pigs, chickens and Norwegian Forrest cats. Our animals are mostly rescued and all of our animals are kept strictly as pets.

This 19th century converted barn offers spacious and cosy accomodation and is situated next to the renowned award winning Olive Branch restaurant and is a quick 15 minute drive to central Stamford and Burghley House. Church Barn is a 6 minute drive to the sublime wedding venue of Holywell Hall. Church Barn is an old building with imperfections to be expected. Pets by prior agreement

The accommodation consists of a separate annexe with a spacious attic sleeping area including a King size bed with refreshments tray, 2 comfy chairs and a television. There is also a dining table and chairs for 2, a microwave and a small fridge. Leading down an oak staircase to the ground floor there is a bathroom with shower, basin and toilet.
