Offering airy rooms and a newly completed wet room with enablement aids for those with mobility needs. Two footpaths are on the property so walking from your door is possible. You get your own patio to sit on and a private courtyard with a gas bbq, seating and a fire, making the evenings cosy and relaxed. A peaceful and quiet location but close to Birmingham and the NEC (20 mins)

Inside there is a large, light reception area overlooking pool terrace, galley kitchen, lobby, wet room, basement TV room with large modular sofas/optional beds, and a galleried mezzanine - please note that the sleeping platform has steep, space-saver stairs and restricted headroom which may not be suitable for all guests.
