The bedroom has a king-sized bed and a 10-foot accordion door that opens completely to the deck outside with a hot tub waiting for you. This little home (762 sq feet) is located in a quiet mature tree lined quiet neighborhood with everything you need to stay and play in CDA! You have the entire home, front yard, fenced back yard, fenced courtyard with big mature shading maple and cherry trees. We just added a new gas fire place for maximum comfort .
