Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place in Lancashire. Ideally positioned to visit Liverpool , Manchester, the Lake District , Peak District , Blackpool, Southport and the Ribble Valley all within an hours drive away or less. Local gastro pub 3 minutes walk away. Local farm shop. Close to motorway network but still very much in the. Countryside with lots of walks and cycling close by. Bus stop at the end of the track. Train station less than 2 miles away

This pretty one bedroom annexe based in Standish in a perfect location with easy access to Wigan, the village of Standish, beautiful green belt and easy access to the M6 and major cities Manchester, Liverpool and Preston. We are also 5 minute walk from the popular wedding venue Ashfield House. The annex is a fully self contained space with its own private entrance, parking and no shared facilities, we are however next door should you need anything.

There are a range of pubs, cafes and restaurants within walking distance as well as local shops. Adlington train station is just a few minutes walk from this wonderful cottage and it is also on a bus route. Rivington National Park and the Leeds Liverpool canal is also in walking distance and a dog is welcome to stay!
