Il est à seulement 3 minutes en voiture des remontées mécaniques, du pub et de la base de la montagne. Les sentiers de ski de fond, de raquettes et de randonnée commencent à quelques minutes à pied du chalet. Hemlock Haus est exempté des restrictions de location de courte durée de la Colombie-Britannique en raison de son emplacement dans la station de montagne.
