The Studio at 217 is tucked away on a quiet cul-de-sac in as-yet-to-be-discovered East Asheville. This cozy, light filled space is attached to a corner of our handmade log home, with it's own private entrance and designated parking. Our property abuts Blue Ridge Parkway land, so it's a short hike on a clear trail through the woods to the Mountains-to-Sea Trail or the Parkway. The Studio is 15 mins from the Biltmore, just 12 mins from downtown, and one mile from a local grocery store.

Soak in the views from the hot tub or watch the sun set from your own private patio in the woods. See turkey, deer, groundhogs, many species of birds as well as white squirrels unique to this area. We are your hub for all things outdoors. Ecusta Trail, Carl Sandburg Home, DuPont State Forest, Pisgah National Forest are just a few of the outdoor opportunities close by. We are convenient to Main Street Hendersonville and Asheville Airport as well as breweries, wineries, and restaurants.

Historic downtown Saluda is just one block from our guest apartment which is nestled in a garden setting in a pleasant neighborhood. Our location provides easy access to the town's shops and restaurants and to many activities and experiences in and around Saluda. The apartment accommodates 1 or 2 adults (one being the person booking the stay). Guests are met for check-in when they arrive and are given a key at that time.
