Resort boasts three outdoor pools, one indoor pool, two hot tubs, sauna, and gym. On site restaurant and tiki bar on the outdoor pool deck. Fantastic central location, close to restaurants, shopping, and entertainment.

Oceanfront complex and my condo has a nice side view of ocean from my 5th floor private balcony also from front door. 2 pools one is heated!

**NOTICE** Due to hurricane damage, our pool deck is undergoing repairs. All amenities are temporarily closed, including our outdoor pools, indoor pool, hot tubs and the tiki bar. Beach access from our pool deck is closed, but beach access is available via the North Side Beach Access. Our covered parking garage is under repair, so out free guest parking is available on our south side parking lot during these repairs. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

This funky private apartment is located in a cluster of historic homes less than 2 miles from the beach. With Daytona just 6 miles north and New Smyrna Beach 10 miles south, it gives easy access to all that the area offers. Enjoy a relaxed bohemian décor including tasteful nude art. Daytona has been hit by hurricanes. The amenities on the resort are all closed. Therefore the pools, gym, tiki bar and restaurant are closed. We have adjusted the prices accordingly. The studio faces west and has a sunset city view. One queen bed and a full sleeper sofa bed. Clean and stocked with beach toys, chairs, umbrella and lots more! Very close to multiple restaurants and bars. This is a non-smoking resort, strictly enforced with a $250 fine.
