Riverside cottage in quiet town centre location

A comfortable home from home in a charming riverside cottage, close to the centre of town yet secluded and quiet. Relax with a glass or dinner on the terrace whilst spotting wildlife in the river below, or in winter unwind by the cosy woodburner. Within easy walking distance of the historic centre of Leominster with its celebrated range of antique shops. Good access to public transport, or a public car park is yards away. A great base to explore the wonderful Herefordshire countryside.

Countryside retreat

My Husband and I moved to Herefordshire in late 2019 and we love it here. The property is surrounded by farming countryside and yet is just a few minutes in to Leominster & with easy access to beautiful towns all around. A fully self-contained 2 bedroom cottage which is attached to the main house. A fantastic place from which to explore. We are just off the old Hereford Road with plenty of parking. Cows and sheep roam the fields around us, and there are cowsheds behind us for Winter use.

National Trust houses and gardens within easy reach. It’s a 40 minute drive to the festival town of Hay on Wye.

Relax and enjoy a stay on a smallholding in Herefordshire. The upper floor of a one bedroomed annex with its own shower-room. On the landing is a small area with facilities to make your own breakfast, including microwave and three quarter size fridge. Own entrance, a small patio area at front. Off road parking. Peace and tranquility in Herefordshire

The Stables is a single storey stone property converted 12 years ago, it is part of‘Cotts Farm’ and is situated at the end of a private tree lined drive, and nestled in the heart of Lugwardine. It is a 10 min stroll to a beautiful country pub, with beer garden. Hereford city centre is a mere 2.5 miles. Ideally situated for visits to historic towns of Ledbury, Ross On Wye and the Wye Valley, Leominster and Ludlow, the Malvern Hills just a stones throw away!
