300m to Beach 2+1 Upstairs Flat with Pool A2

Our Houses were built in 2020 for our guests who wants to have a vacation. They are located in the hotel area in Turgutreis. They are 300 meters away from beach and you can go there for swimming or for sightseeing, the famous sunset, you can rest in our exterior seating area while eating fruits from our garden, such as grapes would be right on top of you when you are sitting in our veranda, you can swim in 55 square meter swimming pool. Our houses has every amenties you may need in your holiday.

Kat73 tarafından tasarlanan bu ev, klasik villa anlayışının dışında, sadeliği, dönüşüm fikri ve atmosferiyle öne çıkar. ***The one and only wooden A-Frame tiny house in Bodrum. This house is built by Ege Dogal Yapi in 2020. In 2021 we added an outdoor bathtub for 2 people to cool off and enjoy. *It is not a hot tub*. A typical A-Frame structure with a total of 60 m2 living space. This house is a gem. Everything is custom-made. If you like to live minimally and quietly this is your place to be in Bodrum. We are not located in the center of Bodrum - Pin in locations is not accurate.

The apartment is located in a deadend alley, on the top floor of a two level building. It's a cosy and spacious place which is close to the attraction spots, located in a rural area. Magnificent Greek Islands and sunset view. There is A/C (heater/cooler) in the living room and in the double bedroom. There's a portable fan in the small room. There are electric heaters in the bedrooms. There's a 2,5 tons water supply with pump in case of water shortage.

Gorgeous very spacious new sea view garden apartment, you will feel incredibly relaxed, peaceful and inspired. Outside is the expansive marble garden patio with chaise long and umbrella, and a dining table in the shade. Inside is a large open kitchen, rustic stone floors and living space. The house is on a hill so while it is preferable to have a car it is also possible to walk to the beaches, nearby shops and bakery, restaurants, and local minibuses.
