We adopt eco-friendly ways & our place is relatively green and quiet, off the main street. Most houses in the neighborhood are of relatives, making it more local, family-friendly & welcoming.

Located in Patan, our duplex apartment features a fusion of traditional Newari and modern design. Constructed using reclaimed materials, it provides a warm and inviting atmosphere.
