Notre maison est à la campagne mais non limitée à l'épicerie, aux parcs, etc. Les sorties 401 et 403 sont à 10 minutes. L'université de Guelph et le centre-ville de Guelph sont également à 10 à 15 minutes. C'est une maison partagée où nous vivons. Nous avons également 2 petits chiens au cas où quelqu'un serait allergique. Ils ne seront pas dans votre espace si cela peut être un problème. Il y a une entrée séparée et une place pour un véhicule pour le stationnement. La buanderie n'est pas partagée, mais je suis prêt à m'adapter si nécessaire. L'appartement est un appartement indépendant.
