The place offers the ideal basis for a relaxed thermal spa holiday, for trips to the idyllic wine villages of the area, like e.g. Falkenstein, to cultural or culinary festivities or for bicycle tours through the lovely landscape of the Weinviertel or for a visit of the beautiful Nationalpark Thayatal.

Vienna-Heights is a studio directly under the roof of a 19th century villa in one of the most elegant districts of Vienna. Our house was built in 1897 and therefore there is NO ELEVATOR. Or you just enjoy the tranquility of nature with romantic sunsets and let your mind wander.

Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich Am Hauptplatz in der Gemeinde Ladendorf. Die Fenster des Zimmers gehen in den Garten. Das Haus welches aus dem 70er Jahren stammt wurde im Jahre 2020 komplett mit viel Liebe und Geschmack modernisiert und erneuert. Ladendorf liegt im Herzen des Weinviertels ca 8 Km von der Bezirkshauptstadt Mistelbach und ca. 35 km nördlich von Wien entfernt.
