Franco is a traditional Dalmatian stone house in the center of the old town of Omis. It was completely renovated between 2014 and 2017, and turned into a small architectural jewel. Renovations were done in cooperation with historical preservation experts to ensure compliance with the original architecture of an old Dalmatian house. Work was performed by an expert architect, who carefully ensured that each detail was authentic in creation of a perfect synthesis of traditional building methods and modern materials. Apartment is located on the ground floor of the house right next to the sea which has 60 years of hospitality tradition in Komiza. We hosted famous actors, musicians, diplomats and politicians. It has fully equipped kitchen,one bedroom, living room with sleeping area, toilet and beautiful balcony with an amazing view on sea and Bisevo island. It is equipped with LCD television, air condition and wi-fi .

You have the whole house for you. It has one bedroom with double bed and living room with a sofa. Sofa is not for sleeping. Kitchen is fully equipped without oven . Bathroom has a shower. Parking is not available.

This is the only home on the property.
