Surrounded by farms, 1 mile north of Coot Lake, 10 minutes from amazing mountain hikes, and 2 minutes from trails galore. Safe, quiet, cul-de-sac for the kiddos to ride their bikes or walk your pup. Amazing views and a quick drive to Boulder, Eldora, Longmont, and Gunbarrel. This cozy spot is within a spilt-level home and provides privacy as a separate unit.

NO electricity or running water. Outdoor shower stall with two 5-gallon solar heated shower bags. Bring towels. Outhouse nearby. Bring food & ice. Well water provided from spigot at main cabin.
