Friedrichshain, 10min., Treptow, 15min. & Kreuzberg, 20min. sind fussläufig. Neben der großen Wohnküche befindet sich das anschließende Schlafzimmer mit direktem Zugang zur ruhige Terrasse (40qm). Weiter hat diese Wohnung ein eigenes Duschbad, Wlan, Waschmaschine und Trockner. Ein überdachter Carport am Haus kann vor Ort zugebucht werden.

Que ce soit pour une courte visite ou un séjour plus long, nos locaux sont le refuge parfait pour s'éloigner de l'agitation de la grande ville

Das Appartement verfügt über einen eigenen Eingang und ist ca. 60 m ² groß. Zur Unterkunft gelangt man über einen schönen Garten. Das Haus befindet sich in einer ruhigen Nebenstraße. Parkplätze sind in der Regel auf der Straße vorhanden. Im Notfall in der Nachbarstraße mit kurzem Fußweg.

It comes with a small but stylish kitchen and a luxurious bathroom, equipped with a rain shower and a Finnish sauna. we offer Netflix, cable TV and very fast Internet. Your stay with us will be carbon neutral, since we fully compensate our emissions. The apartment hosts up to three adults or two adults with children.
