Nice east facing garden patio and a large back deck for afternoon BBQ's. close to Golf, parks, shopping, 20 minutes to the casino. Beach access is 2 blocks. It's a great place to relax, listen to the waves crash and spend time with loved ones! Greycoast makes a nice alternative to a conference hotel stay and is a short drive to all the activities of Lincoln City and Depoe Bay. Driveway is steep, 99% of the time, 4WD or AWD is not required but may be on occasion.
