This charming home offers a serene retreat suitable for singles, couples, or a small family, welcoming pets with open arms. Nestled within a spacious 0.8-acre lot, it features a main bedroom with a queen bed, a full bath, & a walk-in closet. The second bedroom is a modern office. The third room serves as a dedicated workout area, boasting a treadmill, exercise bike, hand weights, & a yoga mat. A twin bed was added to this room after photos were taken. A portable playpen is also available.

This cozy, unique Cabin sits on Rainbow Island on the Little Red River. Here you will be able to fish, float, relax, and sit around the fire pit. Close by you'll find fishing guide services, shopping, restaurants, recreation @ Greers Ferry Lake and much more. This cabin sits in a quiet community just outside of Pangburn, AR which is home of the Rainbow Trout. Within 15-20 minutes is Heber Springs and Searcy and within 1 hour is Conway and Little Rock. Located directly on the Little Red River you will enjoy all that the Arkansas outdoors has to offer. You have access to our private fishing dock. Relax in the evenings on the large deck with a bbq and a soak in the hot tub. The deck is great for observing the local wildlife such as geese and river otters. Two new lower patios for firepit and lounging. We have a wide direct path to lake with tons of water toys including paddle boards and kayaks. Our property sits on over 9 acres of land right on Greers Ferry Lake. Lots of space and room from ATVS and parking your boats.
