Sandy Bottom Park has a beautiful sandy beach. Plenty of indoor and outdoor space to enjoy comfortably with family and friends.

End each night with a perfect sunset over the west side of the lake. You will have direct beach access to the water, as well as a private dock for fishing or boating. A fire pit, water float and kayaks are also available.

The Conesus Sunset Cottage is located on the east side of the lake for breathtaking sunsets you can enjoy from the upper deck, the large dock or under the covered firepit area. Perfect for a couples get a way or family of 6 Boat dock available if you want to bring your boat or jet skis. Boat rentals are available nearby. The finger lakes wineries are a short drive from Rochester. We are also a 25 minute drive to Letchworth State Park. Wegmans grocery store within 5 miles from the house.
