It has a locking metal exterior door for sound-proofing and security. The unit is a bright studio apartment with three large windows, a full kitchen, sitting area with tv and fireplace, dining table, queen-sized bed, walk-in closet and your own private bathroom with a five-foot shower. With extensive sound-proofing!

Located in a very peaceful neighbourhood with a park and trail within a couple minutes walk, shopping plazas, and excellent dining/entertainment options within 5 minutes drive. Welcome to your home away from home located in the heart of a wonderful, family oriented neighbourhood in southwest London. You will be staying in the cozy basement apartment underneath the owners in a back-split home. With plenty of space and light, you won’t feel like you’re in a basement! You’re a five minute drive to the 401, 5 minute drive to metro or no frills (among others) and an 11 minute drive to downtown London (using bud gardens for reference). Laid back, easy going hosts :)
