Light,self contained private room /shower in my garden. Own south facing patio and table. Comfy king bed. Very Quiet location. Easy walking distance to Poole Town Quay about 25 minutes by foot. Lively Ashley Cross with bars/pubs only 20 mins walk. B'mth beaches/ Sandbanks are just a short distance by car/bus. Parking on road after 6pm Monday - Friday. All other times -2 hour parking from 8am to 6pm. Weekends - no restrictions. I supply a basic continental breakfast, I can cater for coeliacs.

A private annex1st floor of the hosts home. It is a home away from home. Sorry, no pets + no smoking. Benefits from own entrance, separate kitchen, lounge, bedroom + bathroom. Harbour Cottage is a charming two storey house, just a short stroll from the shores of Poole Harbour and the renowned beaches of Sandbanks. A fully fitted kitchen and spacious lounge on the ground floor include a 40in TV with Bose sound bar and desk area with fast wifi. A fully enclosed garden has a table, chairs and BBQ for alfresco dining. The spacious bedroom, with king size bed and single bed, is complemented by a luxurious en-suite shower room . Moonfleet. Close to Poole Harbour and Sandbanks

Moonfleet is situated within the Baiter park area of Poole and only a 2 minute walk to the waters edge. Poole harbour is a 5 minute stroll away with its selection of pubs restaurants and shops, and plenty of local history to be discovered. A 10 minute drive or bus ride will take you to some of our beautiful sandy beaches including award winning Sandbanks. You will never be short of something to do here without having to venture very far. Excellent transport links.

Mainsail

A, two bedroom, house sleeping four persons located within a short walk of bustling Poole Quay and High street with all it's facilities. Open plan living/dining accommodation. Master bedroom with kingsize bed. Second bedroom with two single beds which can be pushed together to form double. Family bathroom with bath and shower (over bath) , sink and toilet. Two allocated parking spaces. Gas central heating, dishwasher, Wi-Fi, TV and music system.

Guest house in Poole

15 min drive from the nearest beach the guest house has a double 4’ 6” bed, sofa area with TV, DVD player & virgin TV. Brickwork fireplace built in 1910s gives character. Has kitchenette area & bathroom with electric shower. Suitable for 1-2 adults sharing the double bed, or 2 adults sharing the bed & 1 on the sofa bed. Sofa bed mattress is basic - 4” thick & best for a child but an adult can sleep on there if you are happy with that.

A great base for exploring Dorset and beyond.

A quiet residential area a few minutes from Poole, and a 15 minute drive from the centre of Bournemouth. Our location offers easy access to the New Forest National Park, the Dorset Jurassic Coast and the Channel ferries. From Poole quay you can take boat trips including Brownsea Island. The area also boasts beautiful beaches at Sandbanks, Bournemouth and Studland, while the Purbeck hills can be accessed via a chain ferry.

It also benefits from it’s own private driveway (parking for 1 medium sized car) - If you have a large car, or want to bring a 2nd car, the council car park is just a 2 minute walk away, located on CASTLE Street. The house benefits from 2 outside spaces-Private Courtyard & Roof Terrace.
