This property is close to south Tyler and located in an upscale and beautifully wooded neighborhood just outside of town. You will love this spacious 1105 sq foot guesthouse with 10' and 11' ceilings throughout. A major shopping mall, food stores, and fast food restaurants are all within just a few miles of this secluded neighborhood. The residential streets are safe for walking or jogging. Enjoy the peaceful and serene surroundings where you will never hear city noises to disturb your sleep.

Private country atmosphere in city located on 7 acres. Lots of large pine and oak trees, birds, and catch and release from onsite pond. Plenty of room for horse or boat trailers to park. 5 to 10 minutes from restaurants and stores if your not in mood to cook. Daily pet fee $10.00 per day per pet due check in 2pets. 30 lb. limit unless you talk with us first. NO CATS. You will need to provide animal crate if pet is left alone in cabin. After 10PM inquires will be answered the next morning

The Ginocchio Meyer Home

Welcome! We want to share a bit of history with you! Enjoy a once in a lifetime experience staying at this unique & intricate beautiful 1890’s home. In the 1890’s Charles Ginocchio, owner of the Ginocchio Hotel and the Ginocchio home, had this home built by C. G. Lancaster for Emile Meyers, who operated a saloon in the hotel. Emile, an immigrant from Alsace-Lorraine continued to work at the hotel for many years. During the prohibition era, he converted the saloon into a soda fountain.

We are just 4 miles south of I-20, and an hour and fifteen minutes in either direction from Dallas and Shreveport. Surrounded by evergreen forest, two creeks, and plenty of wildlife - Cana Cottage is the perfect place to relax and unwind. The cottage sits about 200 feet from our main home.

The Bobcat Bungalow has both indoor and outdoor areas to rest, relax, rejuvenate & catch up with friends and family. This cozy bungalow has 2 bedrooms & 1 bathroom. It can accommodate families, friends or just a single person looking to get away. Relax on the front patio or the back deck. We are 30 minutes from Lake O The Pines, 20 minutes to Bear Creek Smokehouse, and 15 minutes to Enochs Winery. We are a quick drive to Longview.
